    Our Retail Service Team members assist in all aspects of our retail operations. What You'll Do

     

    + Ensure consistent presentation of produce displays and stocking of product.

    + Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers.

    + Cordial interaction with customers and teammates daily

    + Prepare and stock items

    + Demonstrate and share product knowledge

    + Cashier, bag, and carry out items for customers

    + Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

    What We're Looking For

    + Verifiable work experience with excellent tenure and attendance

    + Grocery store, food service, or retail experience

    + Demonstrated retail customer service experience and skills

    + Familiarity with organic and natural foods

    + Attention to detail and ability to efficiently perform assigned tasks

    + Ability to read and speak English and perform basic arithmetic

    The retail service team's tasks could involve, but are not limited to: frequent and extended periods of time preparing and stocking produce and food products. Schedule tasks may also involve frequent periods of time working in walk in coolers and freezers.

     

    This position requires a committed schedule which may include mid-shifts and closing shifts, and requires weekend, and holiday shifts on a regular basis.

     

    This position is a part time position.

     

    18 (minimum) - 28 hrs. weekly, with 20-24 preferred

     

    Starting Wage: $13-$14.50/hr

     

    Negotiable based on experience
