    Y our opportunity

     

    The Learning Advisor will support our learning function. Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly, with key accountabilities including:

     

    • Communicating with participants and vendors

    • Managing enrolment in instructor-led programs

    • Playing an important role in managing our LMS in Success Factors

    • High-level reporting on learning activities

    • Carrying out other duties as assigned

    • Maintaining training records (e.g., attendee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)

    • Booking classrooms/webinars and ensuring they’re properly set up

    • Preparing and disseminating course material (e.g., instructional notes, feedback forms)

    • Acting as a point of contact for vendors and participants

    • Handling accounts receivable and ensuring invoices are paid

    • Submitting reports on training activities and results

    • Recommending improvements to our learning activities or new workshops

    • Ensuring employees and vendors follow established policies

    • Managing attendance dashboard and LMS enrollments

    • Management and execution of the Professional Qualifications Program

    • Carry out other duties as assigned

    Must have skills

     

    • Proficient in Success Factors LMS

    • Strong competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines

    • Excellent stakeholder influencing and relationship-building skills

    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

    • Experience in managing training logistics and records

     

    Nice to have skills

     

    • Previous experience in a similar advisory or L&D roles

    • Proficient in Success Factors LMS

    • Certificate in DISC and Insights Discovery

    • Knowledge of financial processes related to accounts receivable and invoicing

    • Familiarity with other Learning Management Systems

    • Experience in organizing professional qualification programs

    Compensation information

     

    The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through May 15, 2025.

     

    You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
