    Requirements

    + American Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine

    + Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

    + U.S. ACGME Residency

    The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

     

    $7.25 - $999.99
