Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn multiple jobs, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assembly Technician

**Location:** Scott City, MO

**Pay Range:** $16 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Perform bench-type processes to complete enclosure assemblies and sub-assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Select and use proper tools, including air, power, and hand tools.

+ Install gaskets, doors, and other components as required.

+ Verify and install necessary hardware while ensuring quality checks on finished enclosures.

+ Accurately and consistently log jobs in and out of the computer system.

What's Needed?

+ A minimum of one year experience as an assembler in a manufacturing environment.

+ Excellent attendance and a positive attitude.

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to cross-train.

+ Willingness to work as part of a team and rotate through various assembly tasks.

+ Ability to participate in making management decisions affecting the work.
