What's the Job?

+ Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.

+ Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.

+ Develop detailed project plans and track progress, risks, and dependencies.

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, HR, supply chain, and IT.

+ Handle communication and reporting for stakeholders at all levels.

What's Needed?

+ 10+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).

+ Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, operations, or supply chain.

+ Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-phase ERP projects.

+ Experience working with vendors, consultants, and technical teams.

+ Skilled in project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
