• Senior Service Engineer - I&C

    System One (Houston, TX)


    System One is assisting our client in hiring a Senior Service Engineer - I&C

     

    The position is remote w/ up to 85% travel.

     

    The position works at power plants, servicing equipment. (Must be able to travel to U.S., Canada, and Caribbean)

     

    + The position is Non-Exempt w/ OT. Base annual salary range is DOE . Overtime potential can equate to an additional 75% - 100% of the annual base.

    + Bachelors Degree in Industrial Controls & Automation, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

    + Leadership experience/skills

    + Must have 5+ years experience with

    + Programming and troubleshooting PLC's (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider etc.)

    + DCS troubleshooting

    + HMI: Wonderware and other applicable systems

    + Various industrial networks and protocols (Modbus TCP, Profibus, CAN-bus, CIP, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNET, ControlNET, Industrial Ethernet)

    + OPC systems

    + Windows server and UNIX servers

    + Variable frequency drives

    + Advance programming of firewalls and routers

    + Reciprocating Gas Engine Control Systems (MAN, MaK, Caterpillar, Bergen etc.)
