• Stationary Engineer/Maintenance Mechanic

    $30-$38/Hour

    STATIONARY ENGINEER/MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.

    + Change filters, replace belts, grease bearings and motors as needed.

    + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-related issues, including vacuum pumps and compressors.

    + Maintain and oversee R/O (Reverse Osmosis) and DI (Deionized) water systems.

    + Work independently to maintain three pharmaceutical-type buildings.

    + Coordinate and oversee vendors such as plumbers, electricians, water system specialists, and boiler inspectors.

    + Ensure heating and cooling systems remain fully operational.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + High Pressure Black Seal License required.

    + Minimum of 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience.

    + Pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong plus.

    + Must be proficient in preventative HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.

    + Experience with vacuum pumps, compressors, R/O, and DI water systems is a plus.

    + Must be a self-starter capable of working independently.

    + Must have own hand tools and a voltage meter.
