• Analyst - Performance Marketing

    Position: Performance Marketing Analyst

    Position Summary:

    This role work hand in hand with members of the Site, Performance and Creative Marketing teams. In this role, there will be responsibilities for various reporting KPIs (marketing channel, LTV, CAC, etc.) and support Paid marketing acquisition channels as needed (Affiliate, Paid Social, Paid Search, Direct Mail, etc.). The ideal candidate has intermediate to expert level experience with several reporting platforms including Excel, Looker, Google Analytics 4, Shopify, etc. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and be a subject matter expert on attribution models.

    Responsibilities:

    + Own client’s marketing channel reporting, analytics & attribution

    + Measure and report on key channel / overall paid channel and web metrics via Looker, Google Analytics, Excel, Segment, etc. including but not limited to Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and more.

    + Provide channel & paid ad campaign support (agency management, creative hand offs/briefs, ad hoc analysis, channel dashboards, etc.) to drive growth and brand awareness.

    + Assist in overall channel planning, budgeting and forecasting.

    + Other responsibilities and relationships as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field

    + 5+ years of digital marketing analytics experience preferably Excel, Looker & Google Analytics

    + High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications

    + Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

    + Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
