What You Will Do:

+ Lead internal quality monitoring process

+ Evaluate the performance of automated processes in production

+ Coordinate with client on quality concerns and opportunities for improvement

+ Collaborate with the business process and network engineers to ensure quality is maintained as systems are digitized

What You Will Need:

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Eight (8) or more years’ experience leading quality monitoring and evaluation

+ Experience supporting the Veterans Intake, Conversion, and Communication Services (VICCS) program

+ Ability to obtain public trust clearance

What Would Be Nice to Have:

+ An active public trust clearance

+ PMP Certification

+ Experience working with federal agency(s)

This is a proposal job requisition and not an active one; it is intended for a future hiring opportunity.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
