    Summary:

    The Mid-Market Account Management App team is a sales team that is part of the Small Medium Business Group. This team is focused on helping businesses grow by optimizing their advertising across Meta’s family of apps and services.Account Managers are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on Meta through marketing consultation, sales, education and support. This role is a quota-carrying role and requires an interest in Sales, consumer marketing, and the App space.

    Required Skills:

    Account Manager, Mid Market, Apps Responsibilities:

    1. Prioritize book of business based on understanding of client needs

    2. Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals

    3. Become an expert in Meta’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs

    4. Provide dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients and agencies

    5. Develop and implement programs to improve the client/agency experience

    6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

    7. Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction

    8. Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently

    9. Build proficiency and working knowledge of Meta measurement solutions and understand the value of our Meta Identity

    10. Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery

    11. Exhibit curiosity, actively self teaching and seeking input from others

    Minimum Qualifications:

    12. 5+ years of experience in account management, brand/performance marketing, digital marketing, sales, or consulting

    13. Experience working in the mobile App space

    14. Analytical and operational experience

    15. Communication and presentation experience

    16. Experience growing revenue and client relationships

    17. Experience developing, leading, and implementing scaled sales programs that align to organization business and product objectives

    18. Demonstrated consultative sales and client service experience

    19. Capacity to thrive in a dynamic & team-focused environment

    20. BA/BS degree

    21. Experience in marketing and/or selling to Growth/Performance Marketers

    22. Experience working with a portfolio or carrying a yearly revenue quota

    23. Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships

    24. Experience working at a media agency

    25. Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment

    26. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

    27. Understanding of the Apps industry and client’s business model

    Public Compensation:

    $85,000/year to $126,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
