    Responsibilities:

    GENERAL PURPOSE:

    We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to support the Perinatal ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) program. The Perinatal ECHO program aims to connect healthcare providers in underserved areas to expert specialists in perinatal care, fostering continuous learning and improving healthcare outcomes. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for recruitment, organizing small group sessions, managing Zoom meetings, administering pre- and post-surveys, and compiling related reports to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Recruitment and Organization of Small Groups:

    + Assist in recruitment of healthcare providers (RN, CNM, NP, PA, MD, DO, social work etc.) to participate in the Perinatal ECHO program.

    + Coordinate small group sessions based on participant availability and program objectives.

    + Communicate with participants, ensuring they understand program goals, expectations, and schedules.

    + Maintain an up-to-date participant roster and communicate updates and reminders for upcoming sessions.

    Designing and Managing Zoom Meetings:

    + Schedule and organize Zoom meetings for the Perinatal ECHO program, ensuring that all necessary technical aspects are set up (e.g., participant access).

    + Provide support to participants and facilitators during the Zoom meetings, ensuring a smooth and interactive experience.

    + Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise before or during sessions.

    + Coordinate with presenters and guest speakers, ensuring their materials and presentations are set up and ready for the meeting.

    Administering Pre- and Post-Surveys:

    + Design and distribute pre-program, post-program, and 3-month follow-up surveys to measure participant learning outcomes and coordinate for administration of continuing medical education or nursing education credits (CME/CNE).

    + Collaborate with the evaluation team to ensure surveys are effectively capturing the necessary data for program assessment.

    + Collect and organize survey responses in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of data.

    Reporting and Program Evaluation:

    + Compile and analyze pre- and post-survey data, summarizing key findings and trends.

    + Generate numerical reports on participant outcomes, engagement levels, and feedback to support program improvements and decision-making.

    + Provide ongoing updates to the Program Manager and stakeholders regarding participant progress and program impact.

    General Administrative Support:

    + Assist in maintaining program documentation, including schedules, participant communication logs, and meeting notes.

    + Support any additional administrative needs as required, including organizing materials, preparing agendas, and managing calendars.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    + Previous experience coordinating programs or projects, particularly in a healthcare setting, preferred.

    + Proficiency in Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.

    + Experience with survey tools (e.g., RedCap or similar program) and data analysis/reporting preferred.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    + Familiarity with reporting and program evaluation methods.
