What You'll Be Doing

+ Lead and oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

+ Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.

+ Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.

+ Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

+ Train and mentor quality control staff to enhance their skills and performance.
