    Join Our Team as a Transportation Driver!

     

    Spilit Shift: 6:00am to 10:00am and 1:00pm to 5:00pm

     

    No CDL required!

     

    At Lifetime Assistance, we are dedicated to supporting people with disabilities by providing safe, punctual, and compassionate transportation. As a Transportation Driver, you will play a vital role in helping program participants access the services and opportunities they need to thrive.

    What You'll Do:

    + Provide safe and timely transportation for program participants.

    + Follow all state, local, and agency motor vehicle laws and policies.

    + Maintain attendance records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

    + Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

    + Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when needed.

    + Act as a positive role model, interacting professionally with participants, families, and staff.

    + Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly.

    + Stay up to date with all required training.

    What We're Looking For:

    + Valid NYS Driver's License and ability to meet LAI's Motor Vehicle Operating Requirements.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with participants, staff, and families.

    + Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs and assist individuals with mobility needs.

    + A team player with a commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
