Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:NeurologySchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The Clinic assistant Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the plan for comprehensive management of the area(s) of responsibility to ensure delivery of high-quality, timely, and efficient care of children in the ambulatory setting. The Clinic assistant Manager works collaboratively with the Neurology clinic Manager. The Clinic assistant Managers also works collaboratively with the Medical Director(s) of the area(s) of responsibility to coordinate all activities of the clinics, including, but not limited to, care delivery, quality assurance, performance improvement, education (professional and community), and research.
The Clinic Manager has 24-hr accountability for all aspects of the area(s) of responsibility, including, but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, credentialing and billing.
