Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.

+ Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and secure outstanding payments.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve account issues.

+ Prepare and maintain detailed records of collection activities.

+ Provide exceptional customer service while balancing firm but professional collections practices.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Experience: 2+ years in collections or accounts receivable, preferably in a service-based industry.

+ Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Team Player: Ability to work well independently and collaboratively.

+ Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrated understanding of billing functions and collection processes.

• Prior experience as a collector is strongly desirable.

• Solid understanding of credit management and principles.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a proven record of handling customer inquiries and disputes.

• Experience in a call center or customer service environment is beneficial.
