Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their growing team. The firm handles complex and high-stakes litigation matters across a variety of industries and is known for its collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Position Overview:

The ideal litigation attorney candidate will have strong experience in complex litigation, including the ability to manage a caseload independently, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in trial preparation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases while receiving mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. This litigation attorney opportunity is five days in office in Orange County.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage a diverse caseload involving complex litigation matters

+ Conduct thorough legal research and analysis

+ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents

+ Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials

+ Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide guidance to junior associates

+ Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in complex matters

+ Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and strategies

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

+ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

+ Active license to practice law in California
