    Description

    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Brooklyn, New York. This role involves managing commercial construction projects, handling proposals and requests for quotes, and overseeing budget management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee commercial construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget

    • Prepare and analyze project proposals and RFPs (Request For Proposals)

    • Handle RFP (Request For Quote) process, from preparation to submission

    • Monitor and manage project budgets effectively

    • Use Procore software for project management tasks

    • Prepare and handle AIA (American Institute of Architects) documents related to construction projects

    • Ensure all construction documentation is accurately prepared and maintained

    • Oversee the buyout process in construction projects

    • Engage in continuous communication with all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

    Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager.

     

    • Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects.

    • Proficient in preparing and responding to Proposals - RFPs and RFP Request For Quote.

    • Demonstrated ability in budget management to ensure cost-effectiveness.

    • Familiarity with Procore construction management software is a must.

    • Experienced in handling AIA documents in relation to construction projects.
