They are seeking an ambitious and talented Class Action Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our team of professionals.

    Position Overview:

    As a Class Action Attorney, you will be working on large-scale cases involving complex legal issues and significant client impact. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is passionate about making a difference through class action litigation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and litigate class action cases from inception through resolution.

    + Develop and execute legal strategies in coordination with senior attorneys.

    + Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.

    + Work with expert witnesses, consultants, and other professionals to build case strategies.

    + Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.

    + Regularly communicate with clients and provide case updates.

    + Collaborate with the team to analyze trends in class action law and contribute to thought leadership.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

    + Must be licensed to practice law in California.

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in class action litigation or complex civil litigation.

    + Proven experience in managing case files and contributing to trial preparation.

    + Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Passion for advocating for clients and navigating class action processes.
