    Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a proficient Branch/Retail Banking Clerk in Columbia, South Carolina. This role is within the banking industry where the selected individual will be responsible for handling customer queries, processing applications, and maintaining precise records. The focus will be on utilizing various banking and accounting software systems to ensure smooth operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurate processing of customer credit applications using banking software.

    • Maintain updated and precise customer credit records.

    • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and proficiently.

    • Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary.

    • Utilize the Lawon ERP system for efficient data processing.

    • Respond to incoming calls and provide satisfactory solutions to customer queries.

    • Ensure accurate check processing using LaserPro software.

    • Understand and adhere to collection processes.

    • Handle consumer loans with precision and confidentiality.

    • Analyze and manage credit procedures using Accounting Software Systems. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

    • Familiarity with Banking software is essential

    • Demonstrable experience in Data Processing is needed

    • Knowledge of LaserPro is a must

    • Competency in Lawon ERP is desired

    • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively is necessary

    • Experience in Check Processing is crucial

    • Understanding of Collection Processes is required

    • Familiarity with Consumer Loans is preferred

    • Knowledge of Credit procedures and policies is essential
