Journeyman Operator (Sierra)

_Contingent_ _Upon Contract Award_

OTA is seeking Journeyman Operators to perform duties to support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. Candidates must have two years of operational experience, within the last five years in Signals Intelligence processes, to include RF collection and/or Direction Finding operations. The Journeyman Operator will perform 24/7 operational support for geolocation tasking, signals analysis, and mentor less experienced operators.

Required Qualifications

+ Active TS/SCI clearance

+ Full Scope Polygraph or Counter-Intelligence Polygraph and ability to pass a Full Scope Polygraph

+ Basic Collection Certification

+ Passive Geolocation Certification

+ Completion of Intermediate Signals Analysis Course (451) or Advanced Signals Analysis Course (452)

+ 2 years’ experience, within past 5 years, working with government agencies conducting RF collection and Direction-Finding
