    Role: Production Support - Technical Lead

     

    Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for **“Production Support - Technical Lead”** to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!

    Responsibilities:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Support Tech Lead with min 6-8 years of experience in supporting Java, Spring Boot applications with good hands-on skills on MSSQL.

    • The candidate must have experience working on tools Dynatrace, Splunk, Gitlab/CICD. Experience working in OneSpan/DocuCLM is an added advantage.

    • The candidate will oversee and ensure day to day project deliverables are taken care with strong technical and problem solving skills.

    • Organize stand up meetings as a Scrum lead to plan and execute the deliverables, track progress.

    • Ability to drive major incidents towards resolution, good collaboration skills with offshore and other dependent teams including delivery Business and product owners.

    • This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead a team effectively being a good mentor to the team.

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
