What You'll Do

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will:

+ Greet and assist guests as they arrive and depart, ensuring a seamless experience.

+ Provide claim checks and instructions for reclaiming vehicles.

+ Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and note this on valet tickets.

+ Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas.

+ Promote courteous and professional interactions with guests to resolve any service issues.

+ Handle cash accurately, including accepting payments, making change, and following credit card processing procedures.

+ Follow all departmental policies to ensure secure and efficient operations.

+ Assist with other tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

+ At least 18 years of age

+ 2+ years of driving experience

+ Valid drivers license

+ Acceptable driving record

+ Good customer service skills

+ Friendly and outgoing

+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment

+ Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures

+ Must project professionalism

+ Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)

+ Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)

+ Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts

+ Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

+ Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
