    Description

    Park Inc has an immediate need for 6 parking attendants in Charlotte, NC . The shifts varies. The pay range varies based on tips and location. Valet attendants can expect to make $12 -$25 per hour.

     

    Specifically we are looking for valet attendants who.....

    As a valet parking attendant you will perform the following functions:

    + Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s).

    + Provide claim check and instruct guests on how to reclaim vehicle.

    + Inspect vehicles and accurately mark pre-existing damage on valet tickets.

    + Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.

    + Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.

    + Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues.

    + Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient, safe and secure operations.

    + Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines.

    + Set high personal standards for performance and encourages others to do the same.

    + Accurate and efficient cash handling; accepts payments, makes change, follows procedures for credit and other payment transactions. Reports tips in accordance with proper procedure.

    + Any and all other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + At least 18 years of age

    + 2+ years of driving experience

    + Valid drivers license

    + Acceptable driving record

    + Good customer service skills

    + Friendly and outgoing

    + Ability to work in a fast paced environment

    + Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures

    + Must project professionalism

    + Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)

    + Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)

    + Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts

    + Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

    + Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
