Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at StretchLab. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in health and wellness. Pay Rate: $17-$20 with commission. Responsibilities: * Generate leads and prospect potential members through various channels including networking events, outreach campaigns, and community partnerships. * Conduct consultations with individuals interested in our stretching services, understanding their goals and recommending suitable membership options. * Effectively communicate the benefits of regular stretching and our membership packages to inspire potential members to join. * Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close membership sales. * Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversion. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in sales and customer service. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or wellness-related industry. * Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential members. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. * Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Basic knowledge of stretching techniques and their benefits is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
