    Health Advocates Network is hiring a **Provider Relations Specialist** **(1 Year Exp Req)** ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in **Coral Springs, FL.**

     

    + **Pay Rate:**

    + **Shift: Days (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)**

    + **Start Date: ASAP**

    Qualification and Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Prior experience in a healthcare or DME environment, particularly with obtaining medical documentation, is a plus.

    + Comfortable spending majority of day assisting patients via phone.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other team members.

    + Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help patients manage their diabetes effectively.

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications.

    **Overview of the Role: ** This role will be responsible for managing relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting the delivery of DME services.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers

    + Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with providers to promote our DME services.

    + Stay up to date with the latest advancements in diabetes management and treatment to provide informed assistance to patients and the healthcare team.

    + Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution of any service issues, delays, or product inquiries.

    + Educate providers on our DME product offerings, usage guidelines, and compliance requirements.

    + Work with providers to secure the necessary prescriptions, clinical notes, and other supporting documentation required to fulfill Continuous Glucose Monitor orders.

    + Other duties as assigned.
