Ultimate LLC is **immediately hiring Pipe Crew Foremen for heavy civil projects** in the **Orlando** area. The pay range starts at **$82,500** up to **$100,000** based on experience. All Pipe Crew Foremen are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pipe crew

+ Install, maintain, and repair water, sewer, and storm drainpipes

+ Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site

+ Read and interpret blueprints and project plans

+ Train and mentor crew members

+ Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders

+ Looking for someone with **Deep Sewer** and **Lift Station Experience**

Ultimate Pipe Crew Foreman Requirements

+ 3 years of foreman experience, with a focus on pipe installation

+ Previous experience in a supervisory role

+ Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending, and kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

+ **Drug Test Required**

+ **Background Check Required**

+ **MVR Check Required**

+ **First Aid/CPR**

+ **Confined Space Entry Certifications (company provided)**
