    The expected base pay for this faculty position is $260,000 (assistant professor), $280,000 (associate professor) to $300,000 (professor). This position is entitled to quarterly supplements totaling an additional $105,000 per year subject to meeting the clinical days worked minimum (approximately 180 clinical days per year).

     

    This position also qualifies for a productivity bonus of up to $90,000 per year based on meeting work relative value unit (wRVU) targets and a year-end academic bonus of up to $40,000 based on meeting goals for academic productivity, education, quality, and citizenship. All supplements and bonuses are subject to the timely completion of clinical documentation. As a result, the annual maximum compensation for this position ranges from $495,000 to $535,000 based on academic rank and the factors described above. The levels of base pay, quarterly supplements, productivity bonus, and year-end bonus are reviewed annually and are subject to change.     + Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology.

    + Fellowship training (or equivalent) in Breast Imaging.

    + Experience in breast imaging, including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to patient care and collaboration.

    + Commitment to academic excellence, teaching, and research.

     

    Salary: $260,000-$535,000

    The listed salary range represents the minimum and maximum Johns Hopkins University offers for this position, based on a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, education, and internal equity. Not all candidates will qualify for the highest salary in the range.
