    Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment and inspire students to achieve their academic goals. This role involves teaching various subjects, developing lesson plans, and implementing curriculum that meets the needs of all learners. The School Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of students and supporting their overall development.

    Duties

    + Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

    + Teach subjects such as Literacy education, Math, and Journalism to enhance student understanding and skills.

    + Provide individualized tutoring and support to students who require additional assistance.

    + Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.

    + Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

    + Collaborate with fellow educators in curriculum development and sharing best practices.

    + Facilitate library services to encourage reading and research among students.

    + Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; higher education teaching experience is a plus.

    + Strong knowledge of Literacy education, Math, and behavioral management techniques.

    + Experience in tutoring or mentoring students is highly desirable.

    + Proficiency in copy editing and lesson planning is advantageous.

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.

    + A commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
