Qualifications & Experience
• What You'll Do:
+ **Be the Boss on Duty** – Oversee the smooth operation of all departments, including Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail when serving as **Supervisor on Duty** . 🏰
+ **Lead with Energy** – Motivate your team to be **guest-obsessed** and deliver **stellar customer service** every day. 🌟
+ **Safety First** – Uphold all health and safety policies, keeping both guests and staff safe while having fun! 🦺
+ **Manage the Flow** – Help keep queues and guest flow under control, making sure everyone has a great experience while visiting the attraction. 🌀
+ **Handle Guest Concerns** – Respond to guest issues and concerns, and work with different teams to resolve them smoothly. 💬
+ **Train & Empower** – Lead **Host training** in areas like ride safety, food safety, and retail standards, empowering your team to shine! 🎓
+ **Coach & Develop** – Evaluate your team’s performance, provide feedback, and coach for success! 💡
+ **Support the Team** – When not managing the shift, jump in to support your department in areas like inventory, employee engagement, and training. 📦🤝
+ **Other Duties** – Stay flexible and help wherever needed to ensure a seamless experience for guests and staff alike. 🔄
• What We’re Looking For:
+ **A Leadership Rockstar** – You’ve got at least **6 months of experience** in the attractions, entertainment, or service industry, and you’re ready to lead a dynamic team! 🌟
+ **People Person** – You love working with others, especially kids and families, and know how to motivate and energize a team. 💪
+ **Customer Service Pro** – You’ve got experience in **guest interactions** and can deliver service at the highest level! 🎉
+ **A Quick Thinker** – You can stay calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly. ⚡
+ **Training Guru** – You’re passionate about developing others and have experience **training team members** to be their best! 📚
+ **Flexible & Fun** – You’re ready to work flexible hours, including **weekends and holidays** , while keeping the energy high and the fun rolling! 🎉
• Education & Experience:
+ High School diploma or GED required 🎓
+ At least **6 months’ experience** in customer service or a similar field 🎢
+ **Passion for entertainment** and creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages 🎈
+ **Strong communication skills** – you know how to motivate and engage a team! 📣

• Physical Demands:
+ Ability to move quickly around the attraction, stand for extended periods, and assist with tasks like stocking and lifting items up to **50 pounds** 💪
+ Comfortable working **indoors and outdoors** with varying temperatures and conditions 🌞❄️
+ Must be able to **communicate clearly** with guests and team members 🗣️
