What would you do as a Merchandiser Part Time

As a Part-Time Merchandiser at Viking Coca-Cola in River Falls, WI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking existing shelf space and replenishing immediate consumption coolers, ensuring that our cold drinks are always available and refreshing. You'll build and maintain eye-catching, package-specific displays that align with company standards, while consistently rotating products to guarantee freshness. Keeping the back-room clean and organized is vital, as is delivering driver shortages and providing top-notch customer service. Your proactive communication with sales reps and drivers will help maintain smooth operations, and you'll be tasked with addressing customer issues with professionalism and friendliness.

Proficiency in operating a manual pallet jack and 2- and 4-wheel carts is crucial, as you'll be responsible for maneuvering loads of up to 2,200 pounds.

Flexibility in your schedule is key, as weekends and holidays may require your availability. Independence is also a vital trait, as you'll often work without direct supervision, making it essential to manage your tasks efficiently and responsibly. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

+ Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and 2- and 4-wheel carts in order to push/pull up to 2,200 pounds.

+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

+ Must be able to work independently without close supervision
