Job Summary
The University Campus Store is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Associate. This part-time position is responsible for ensuring that online customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This role involves picking and packing items, and coordinating shipments to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities
+ Retrieve and process customer orders from the online system.
+ Select items from the warehouse shelves or sales floor, inspect for quality, and pack them securely for shipment.
+ Prepare shipping labels and arrange for timely dispatch of orders.
+ Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
+ Address customer inquiries related to order status and delivery.
+ Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current University of Utah student.
This is an entry-level position. Training will be provided. Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills and the ability to pass a security clearance is required. Some positions require a minimum of six months cashiering experience.
Preferences
* Must be a University of Utah Student.
* Ensure accuracy in order processing and packing.
* Efficiently manage multiple orders.
* Familiarity with inventory management software and online order systems.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
* Capability to lift and move items as needed.
