Leadership Sourcer Responsibilities:
1. Employ deep experience in recruiting for complex technical positions to develop and execute effective strategies in sourcing well-qualified candidates.
2. Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand technical requirements for a role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
3. Team with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation.
4. Strategize different ways to build talent maps and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
5. Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, Linkedln, and alternative search techniques.
6. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
7. Track pipeline activity regularly to share with internal stakeholders.
8. Recommend and drive high-level improvements that impact local pipeline areas.

Requires Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Human Resources, Human Resources Management, or a related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Required experience must include 36 months of experience in the following:
10. 1. Executing strategic sourcing for Leadership Software Engineers.
11. 2. Experience in engaging with senior level hiring partners at Director and VP level at Meta to deeply understand technical requirements of the roles, the functions, and how the roles fit into the organization.
12. 3. Experience in facilitating and leading meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
13. 4. Experience in establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams).
14. 5. Specialized knowledge of core technologies, namely: LinkedIn Intelligence Search, Entelo Search, or Github Search.
15. 6. Experience in technical sourcing and candidate development experience.
16. 7. Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
17. 8. Proactively recommending and driving process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement.
18. 9. Supporting search engagements from requisition intake meetings with hiring managers to candidate contact to include research, engagement strategies and candidate experience.
19. 10. Experience in hiring talent within Eng and or Tech XFN functions - including Software Engineering and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) related roles (IC or leadership).
Public Compensation:
$207,666/year to $237,600/year + bonus + equity + benefits
