JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Sell tires and services to customers.

+ Completes invoices for customers.

+ Capable of scheduling vehicles for service weekly.

+ Process payroll weekly for technicians.

+ Calculate commissions weekly.

+ Assists with inventory management.

+ Maintain the showroom.

+ Assign technicians work orders.

+ Explain to customers the services the vehicle needs.

+ Communicate with customers in person and via phone.

+ Help customers choose tires for their vehicle and answer questions on different brand options.

+ Drive customers to a destination after they drop off their vehicle for service.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

+ High school degree or GED.

REQUIREMENTS

+ Automotive service knowledge and/or experience desired.

+ Customer service experience required.

+ Sales experience preferred.

+ Basic computer skills required.
