    Overview

We are seeking aSenior Marketing Coordinator to lead the coordination of mid-to high-level proposals and work closely with the marketing and business development teams to build Carollo’s brand with external clients.

    Responsibilities

    + Assists and collaborates with office managers and pursuit leaders on marketing and business development efforts

    + Leads professional, well planned, and energetic business development efforts for SOQs, proposals, and interviews

    + Undertakes research, writing, and editing of non-technical proposal sections

    + Manages production of deliverables associated with these efforts in conformance with company standards

    + Understands Client Account Analysis process and facilitates project-specific CAAs

    + Provides content for proposals and general business development support to facilitate regular client contact by CSMs, project managers, and technical practice representatives

    + Assists in the daily maintenance of the company business development database

    Qualifications

    + 10+ years of marketing experience

    + Proficient in Microsoft Word

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Knowledge of industry, sales and marketing process

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and InDesign
