    If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of our communities, join the Loyola team as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide advanced care in our inpatient setting with a focus on Abdominal Transplant and become Loyola Strong!

     

    The APP will provide acute inpatient care for transplant patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and high quality patient management.This position is an expansion of our existing transplant team.

    What you’ll do:

    + Independently and collaboratively manage patient care alongside physicians and healthcare teams.

    + Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose emergent issues, and design/evaluate treatment plans.

    + Coordinate multidisciplinary rounds and oversee patient care from pre-op to hospital discharge.

    + Educate patients and families on transplant care and healthcare decisions.

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

    Schedule & Coverage:

    + Rotating 12-hourshifts (days/nights), covering a 365-day/24-hour schedule. If you are looking for night shift we can accommodate

    + Holiday and evening shifts rotate

    + Flexible scheduling options available – if you prefer nights or weekends only, we can accommodate.

    What you’ll need for this job:  

    + CPR – Basic Life Support

    + ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

    + Nursing – Current Registered Nurse License - State of Illinois (RN)

    + Nursing – Nursing Practitioner License – State of Illinois (APN)

    + Physician Assistant License – State of Illinois (PA)

     

    Pay Range: $109,304 - $180,336 per year

     

    _Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
