• Rehab Aide 1 or 2, Per Diem - Float - Outpatient

    Description

    This position provides aide coverage for 2 outpatient clinics in Santa Monica.

     

    Responsibilities include clinic cleanliness, supply management, linen management, various administrative tasks, and physical assistance with patient care. Will also serve as a back-up to our front desk which includes phone answering and appointment scheduling.

     

    Position may convert to career.

    Salary

    range: 23.65-26.44 hourly

    Qualifications

    + Versatile and flexible

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Shows initiative with assigned tasks

    + Ability to multi-task

    + Basic Life Support certified by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

    + More than 6 months of relevant Rehab Aide experience qualifies for Rehab Aide 2 title.

    + Ability to safely perform repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, standing, sitting during an eight to ten-hour day.

    + Normal duties involve frequent lifting (up to 35 pounds), transferring patients, pushing a wheelchair up to 500 feet.
