Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager t in Everett, Washington. This role is integral to our industry, where you will be responsible for supporting an Aircraft Interiors Program team. You will be the key interface with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of the program.
Responsibilities: • Coordinate and collaborate with internal functional organizations to develop program-enhancing partnerships. • Handle the daily program rhythm, including schedule performance management, customer reviews, and program management reviews to fulfill contract commitments. • Ensure accurate documentation and analysis in line with contract requirements and business procedures. • Collaborate closely with the production team to prioritize tasks and escalate issues where necessary. • Deliver on contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance of the assigned program. • Guide program leads on the implementation of risk and opportunity management. • Participate in key program activities, including monthly financial reporting. • Organize and conduct customer program reviews, preparing for customer visits. • Make critical decisions for the integrated product team, even when data is incomplete. • Work with production operations and supply chain to manage production deliveries in order to meet customer schedule requirements. • Organize program reviews, team meetings, and other business activities. • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and clear presentation material. • Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. • Utilize Office Suite resources, including Project, to effectively manage the program. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Programming, with a clear understanding of its applications and challenges • Experience with Financial Analysis tools and/or systems • Experience leading/managing development programs and transitioning them to production • Experience supporting cross-functional teams • Earned Value Management EVM and Risk Opportunity Management experience • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources including Microsoft Project • Strong skills in Customer Service, with a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with various Stakeholders • Experience in Documentation and Operations, adhering strictly to Procedures and ensuring Compliance • Proven Project Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Solid understanding of Finance principles and ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial Analysis • Leadership Skills, with experience in leading teams and facilitating Collaboration • Experience in Production environments, with knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics • Ability to manage Deliveries from various Suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly in Excel for financial analysis and data management • Implementation skills, with the ability to implement new processes and systems effectively • Willingness to work Onsite, as this role may require physical presence at the workplace • Strong Decision-Making skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly • Experience in Performance Management, with the ability to assess and improve team performance.
