    Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator (O365) in Davenport, Iowa. The Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Microsoft 365, configuring and maintaining security settings, and providing end-user support. This role lies within the IT industry, offering a dynamic and collaborative workplace environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage new environments within Microsoft 365 from scratch.

    • Configure and uphold security settings, compliance policies, and data loss prevention rules.

    • Facilitate end-user support in utilizing Microsoft Teams for chat, meetings, and collaboration.

    • Optimize SharePoint Online for document management, version control, and team sites.

    • Administer Exchange Online, including mailbox creation, distribution lists, and email routing.

    • Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with configuration.

    • Plan and execute migrations from on-premises Exchange or other platforms to Exchange Online.

    • Implement best practices for security, including multi-factor authentication and conditional access.

    • Develop PowerShell scripts for automating routine tasks within Microsoft 365.

    • Maintain accurate documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations and procedures.

    • Share insights and best practices with the IT team and communicate updates and best practices to users. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Administrator role or similar

    • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

    • Strong knowledge of Firewall Technologies

    • Demonstrated experience with Active Directory

    • Familiarity with Backup Technologies

    • Expertise in Microsoft 365 Enterprise

    • Must have strong problem-solving skills

    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

    • Detail oriented certifications are advantageous
