Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to assist our client for a long term contract opportunity. This role involves implementing cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and leading significant ERP system implementations. You will also employ your project management skills and organizational transformation expertise to improve processes and operational efficiencies across the organization. The Project Manager offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee comprehensive ERP system implementations, with a focus on enhancing financial and operational processes.

• Apply project management best practices to guarantee the successful and timely delivery of technology solutions.

• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their business requirements, converting these into actionable project plans and objectives.

• Facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Formulate and execute strategies for change management, ensuring seamless transitions and user adoption of new systems.

• Spearhead strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for projects, ensuring they align with objectives and business outcomes.

• Act as the primary contact for significant project issues, providing expert guidance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

• Serve as a liaison between the transport system and software application vendors, assisting with the installation of complex software programs, ERP, and other related software.

• Guarantee that projects meet all deliverables through robust Project Management skills using the standard phases of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.

• Influence across all departments without direct authority.

• Create project plans, timelines, and milestones.

• Handle project documentation, communications, meetings, and meeting minutes.

• Conduct meetings to address issues and achieve consensus; hold user group meetings when appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and Cloud implementations

• Familiarity with CRM tools and Database systems

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software

• Understanding of Budget Processes including budgeting and forecasting

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Skilled in organizational planning and project planning

• Proven record in Cross Functional Project Management

• IT project management experience is a must
