    Description

    Payroll Specialist opportunity with our client in the New Holland area. The primary role of the Payroll Specialist is to manage and maintain all aspects of payroll processing for multi-state organization. This role involves working with HRIS systems, ensuring accurate processing of payroll deductions, and resolving payroll issues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and process employee updates, including data changes, new hires, and terminations

    • Responsible for the generation and submission of monthly union dues reports

    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll related journal entries and month end payroll related account reconciliations

    • Oversee the accurate processing of payroll deductions and withholdings

    Requirements

    • Possess a minimum of three years of experience in a Payroll Specialist role or similar.

    • Experience in utilizing ADP Workforce Now, Kronos and Oracle preferred

    • Demonstrated experience in managing full cycle payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

    • Proven ability to handle multistate payroll, understanding the nuances and regulations of different regions.
