    Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Specialist at our location in Irwin, Pennsylvania. This role primarily revolves around the financial industry, with a focus on account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and data entry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately process customer credit applications.

    • Manage and maintain precise customer credit records.

    • Address and resolve any customer inquiries promptly.

    • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as needed.

    • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

    • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.

    • Conduct billing procedures and invoice processing.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and other related tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

    • Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

    • Knowledge and handling of Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

    • Proficient in Billing procedures and systems

    • Must have strong Data Entry skills

    • Experience in Invoice Processing is a must

    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential

    • Working knowledge of Oracle is required

    • Familiarity with QuickBooks software is necessary

    • Proficiency in SAP is mandatory
