As a Mailroom Assistant, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth running of the mailroom, with duties encompassing labeling, scanning, and filing tasks. This role is central to the organization and requires a high level of confidentiality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately apply labels to envelopes as part of the mailing process

    • Carry out scanning tasks as required, ensuring all scanned documents are clear and legible

    • File documents and mail in an organized and systematic manner

    • Ensure the confidentiality of all mail and documents handled

    • Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mailroom Assistant or in a similar role

    • Proficiency in labeling, ensuring all mail is accurately marked for appropriate recipients

    • Demonstrated ability in filing, organizing mail and other documents systematically for easy retrieval

    • Experience in scanning documents, converting paper files into digital formats

    • Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of mail distribution
