Description We are looking for a talented Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be pivotal in executing our company's growth strategy, evaluating growth opportunities, and assessing key corporate value levers across various functions. The role requires a unique blend of skills, including the ability to carry out key deal processes, perform detailed analytics, and communicate effectively with team leaders and company management.

Responsibilities:

• Execute M& A processes and carry out due diligence tasks, such as financial analysis and communication with target practices.

• Evaluate strategic projects, including capital projects, practice mergers, and growth opportunities within practices.

• Support business development and management teams in assessing opportunities by identifying and evaluating areas of risk and opportunity.

• Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials for the Executive Investment Committee.

• Develop and maintain financial models to aid transaction deliverables, financial plans, and strategies.

• Utilize dashboards, metrics, and data infrastructure to understand project performance across the network and use as comparable benchmarks.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of practice operations and economics, as well as the company model, to evaluate the merits and risks of projects.

• Carry out any other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

• Use skills in Business systems, Confluence, CRM, Crystal Reports, Data Mining Techniques, About Time, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, Capital Management to perform the role effectively. Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Sr. Financial Analyst.

• Proficiency in business systems is a key requirement for this position.

• Experience with Confluence software is highly desired.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required.

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is an essential requirement.

• Proficiency in data mining techniques is necessary.

• Experience with About Time software is beneficial.

• Strong understanding of accounting functions is crucial.

• Experience in auditing is required.

• Familiarity with budget processes is necessary for this role.

• Knowledge of capital management is essential for the position.
