    Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud management, and end-user support? Our client is looking for a passionate IT Systems, Network, Desktop and Security Engineering to play a critical role in maintaining seamless IT infrastructure operations in a fast-paced small to medium sized thriving organization. This is the first fully dedicated IT Infrastructure Engineer for the organization with tons of opportunity for growth and advancement. Your contributions will be valued, recognized, and rewarded.     Your Impact in This Role

     

    + Azure Cloud Management: Manage users and resources, optimize costs, and implement automation to streamline processes.

    + Workstation Management: Configure policies with Microsoft Intune, set up and maintain devices, and manage hardware inventory.

    + Internal IT Help Desk: Troubleshoot system, software, and network access issues with a professional and efficient approach.

    + Network Support: Oversee basic network and firewall configurations to ensure secure, reliable operations.

    + Automation: Create scripts and workflows to automate processes and boost operational efficiency.

    + SOC2 Compliance: Support compliance efforts by coordinating action items, automating evidence tracking, and collaborating with internal teams.

     

    What You Bring

     

    + Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.

    + Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, and user management.

    + Proficiency in workstation setup and maintenance (Windows/Mac/Linux).

    + Knowledge of network infrastructure, firewalls, and process automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

    + Bonus: SOC2 compliance experience or familiarity with tools like Intune or JAMF.

    Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is necessary

    • Experience with Active Directory is required

    • Must have skills in Automation

    • Knowledge in Backup Technologies is a must

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server is essential
