    Robert Half is actively seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative/Order Management to strengthen our dynamic team based out the Freehold, New Jersey area. This compelling role provides the opportunity for you to showcase your exceptional customer service skills in combination with your adept office management abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage and respond to all incoming E-commerce phone calls promptly and professionally.

    + Address and resolve customer inquiries through email and online chat platforms.

    + Process wholesale orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    + Order materials using company accounts and maintain inventory tracking.

    + Engage with customers and vendors via phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media channels.

    + Communicate with both domestic and international clients, providing exceptional service when needed.

    Requirements

    + Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in handling customer inquiries.

    + Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency in using multiple communication platforms (email, phone, chat, social media).

    + A positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
