+ Live within 50 miles of Greybull, WY.

The main purpose of the Vacuum Truck Operator is to operate vacuuming systems and boom controls to maintain a safe, clean and environmentally sound environment. This position will also function as a Utility Operator when not operating the Vacuum Truck. The Utility Operator is to ensure coverage of all plant operations and run all equipment to the highest level to allow for maximum coverage.
Vacuum Truck Specific responsibilities may include:
+ Operating Vacuum Truck and all Operations associated with it.
+ Complete and Pass Vacuum Truck Operator and Utility Operator competencies test.
+ Operate vacuuming systems, boom controls, dump debris body, and operate high rail system.
+ Safely Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner while ensuring a clean and environmentally sound work area.
+ Complete Pre and Post shift inspections, log loads, complete Preventative and General Maintenance, and fuel equipment.
+ Clean all material from rail cars using Vac truck or other clean up processes and equipment.
+ Keep track and warehouse areas clean.
+ When Vac Truck is not being used, this position will also function as a Utility Operator.
+ Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program and Quality Management System.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Utility Operator Specific Responsibilities May Include:
+ Operate plant by maintaining appropriate raw material levels, operating temperatures, and capacities of dryer, mills, and other plant bins, hoppers and equipment.
+ Take corrective action prior to equipment failures.
+ Provide relief for all other positions.
+ Interact with other production crew members.
+ Cross train on all production equipment and positions.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on plant and cleanup in mill area.
+ Pass on relative information to next shift, leaving area in good condition for next operator.
+ Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program and Quality Management System.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education and Training:
+ CDL with tanker endorsement required.
Experience:
+ Experience preferred, but willing to train.
+ Experience working in an API Specification Q1, 9th Edition environment a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
Vacuum Truck:
+ Understanding of car loading equipment and plant productions flows.
+ Ability to operate vacuuming systems, boom controls, dump debris body, and operate high rail system.
+ General mechanical knowledge of Vac Truck.
+ Record keeping.
+ Communication skills, including peer to peer and employee to supervisor communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Problem solving skills: ability to identify source of problem; execute solution and document the issues; escalate to management
+ Ability to fill in where needed as allowed by the CBA.
Utility Operator:
+ Understanding of all milling and drying equipment.
+ Basic math and reading skills.
+ Mechanical.
+ Ability to recognize changes that affect operation of equipment and the ability to correct problems.
+ Peer-to-peer and employee-to-supervisor communication skills and interpersonal skills
+ Problem solving skills: ability to identify source of problem; execute solution and document the issue; escalate to management.
Physical and Safety Requirements:

+ Frequently work alone.
+ Subject to dust, noise, and temperature variations.
+ Must operate in variable weather and temperature, occasionally under extremely slick conditions.
+ Frequently work around machinery and mobile equipment.
+ Frequent climbing of ladders, and stairs.
+ Ability to work at heights.
+ Must meet deadlines.
+ Sitting, bending, standing, walking 8-12 hours per day.
+ Frequently life up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
+ Must comply with any safety or PPE requirements.
+ CDL with tanker endorsement required.
