    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced, trustworthy professional to join our Purchasing and Receiving team as a Purchasing and Receiving Clerk! This critical Club position is responsible for receiving and accounting for merchandise, maintaining accurate logs of incoming and outgoing orders, verifying purchase orders, tagging, and delivering merchandise to designated areas. This position will also assist Food & Beverage service departments with special events and projects as assigned. The schedule for this position is generally 5 days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Weekends are required.

    Responsibilities

    - ­Receiving and accounting for merchandise

     

    - Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing orders

     

    - Verify purchase orders

     

    - Tag and deliver merchandise to designated areas

     

    Skills & Requirements

    Qualifications

    - Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record and reliable transportation

     

    - Experience with operation of back loading lift trucks and/or CDL is a plus

     

    - Knowledge of basic records-keeping and inventory control

     

    - Strong verbal and written communication skills

     

    - Must be able to successfully read, write and speak the English language

     

    - Ability to maintain accurate records and perform basic mathematical computations

     

    - Life and move equipment up to 75 lbs

     

    - Comfortable driving and riding in a truck

     

    - Previous food and beverage experience is preferred

     

    - Previous warehouse shipping and receiving experience is preferred
