**Job Type:** Temp-to-Hire
**Pay Rate:** $ 19.00/hour
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Job Overview:
As an **Electro-Mechanical Assembler** , you’ll perform hands-on assembly work following blueprints, schematics, and product specifications. This role involves working with hand and pneumatic tools to build, wire, and test components with precision and quality.
• Key Responsibilities:
+ Assemble electro-mechanical components per instructions and drawings
+ Use hand and pneumatic tools to crimp, solder, and assemble wire harnesses
+ Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams
+ Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with ISO standards
+ Use basic electrical test equipment (e.g., multimeter, hi-pot, megger)
+ Lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Qualifications:
+ 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly
+ Ability to read and follow blueprints/schematics
+ Familiarity with soldering, crimping, and electrical assembly
+ High School Diploma or GED required

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
