    This is a fully onsite opportunity that will be based out of Willmar, MN.

    Nova-Tech houses every aspect of its business on the MinnWest Technology Campus, including a manufacturing facility located just steps away from our engineering and drafting teams.  Walking from building to building, you can observe our whole process, from concept to final product.

    The opportunity:

    We are offering a summer internship opportunity within our IT Department that will give you exposure to a wide range of IT tasks and provide valuable insights into the tech industry. We will consider students who are pursuing a four-year degree in Information Technology or similar programs. This position will accommodate a flexible schedule.

    Advance your skills with our team by learning how to:

    + Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal users.

    + Support the IT team in managing and maintaining company systems, networks, and databases.

    + Help in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and other tech equipment.

    + Participate in special IT projects and initiatives as needed.

    + Build successful working relationships with members of a cross-functional team.

    + Develop a general understanding of the various roles, processes, and procedures that support development within an Information Technology Group.

    + Learn how to prioritize many competing tasks and project responsibilities to meet objectives on-time.

    Our location:

    In 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota.  Since that time, we have developed the resulting MinnWest Technology Campus into the largest privately owned technology park in the country.

     

    Willmar, MN is a bustling community located less than two hours from Minneapolis and one hour from St. Cloud known for its lakes and vibrant entertainment.
