Business Development (Technical Sales) Representative – Hybrid | Warminster, PA

What You’ll Get:
+ **Base Salary:** $80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
+ **On-Target Earnings (OTE):** 2x base at 100% quota
+ **Commission:** Uncapped

About the Role:
This position is perfect for an experienced and strategic business development professional with a proven track record of driving revenue. You’ll focus on selling complex IT solutions—primarily memory and storage components—to large enterprise clients and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities
+ Develop and maintain relationships with clients
+ Present and sell a broad portfolio of IT products and services
+ Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
+ Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance KPIs
+ Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years in enterprise-level IT hardware/solution sales
+ Experience selling technical products in the server infrastructure space (via VARs, integrators, and distributors)
+ Background selling to verticals like Finance, Energy, Aerospace & Defense, and Healthcare
+ OEM component sales experience (e.g., Apacer, Crucial, Dell, HP, Kingston, Micron, Samsung, SK Hynix)
+ Proven ability to sell to multiple stakeholders using SME support
+ Strong understanding of B2B IT services and solutions
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
+ Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
+ U.S. Citizenship required
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus
